Double cords is the way to go. I enjoy having the angled over the straight end to avoid any breaking. The ones provided are excellent.

Don't waste your money on this cord. Bought it, plugged it in... it gave the impression of working just fine, so turned it off and went about my day. Got home, decided to watch some Netflix... turned it on.... firestick loaded up... scrolled down to Netflix, clicked on it and the screen immediately went back to the initial loading screen... waited for it to load in again... and same thing.... now all it does is load in, shows the home screen, the reboots itself over and over and over. Can't access any of the apps at all... my firestick just is stuck in a loop... thought perhaps it was the firestick, so pulled off this cord, plugged the main power cord back in and everything works fine. So thought perhaps just that tv... attached my firestick to my additional 2 tv in my house and same thing on all three, firestick works fine with regular power cord... but this cord just makes it loop in a reboot frenzy. Don't waste your money..... this product/company is just stealing it. ... show more

Pros: The cord is convenient while watching fire stick. Good material, perfect length. Cons: Unable to update while plugged in to usb source. Not producing enough power while updating.
