Outstanding Customer support and prompt interaction in resolving any problem.The company has recently tweaked these hearing amplifiers. They are amazing and easy to use. I had a set of an earlier model, the hearing quality was great, and customer support outstanding. They answered ever problem and question rapidly and replaced one when it stopped working. I decided never to go a day without them and recently ordered this new version. I am amazed at how easy it is to pop in my ear, place on the charger and adjust the volume. I tried regular hearing aids, would never do that again. No need to adjust these for different surroundings or size of crowd etc. nor the constant advice that "you will adjust to them after wearing for them a month or so". When I put these in, I easily adjusted my volume and have to make sure I remove them at night because I forget they are in! Until I first tried this product I had no idea how bad my hearing was. The sound quality is wonderful and the noise cancellation is great. The amplifiers take a little getting used to, are not like in the ear headphones. I ran into a minor issue with one of them. It appeared to not take charge. I contacted iBstone and Younger responded very promptly (the pull line was slightly bent over the charging contact= no charge, my bad). I am now "wearing" both and am delighted. The sound quality is wonderful and the noise cancellation is amazing. They are also comfortable. Am looking forward to using them during a symphony concert with the MSO and Frank Almond playing the Lipinski Strad. Without these devices, I don't think I would be able to hear the amazing violin. Well worth the money. The customer service is as good as Amazon itself. ... show more

As with most older adults they don't want to admit a hearing problem. My Mother was getting much more hard of hearing especially with ambient noise. We got these for her and she was amazed at how much she was missing. She says they are very comfortable and she forgets she has them in. these hearing devices are a piece of crap. I had static the whole time on one ear piece and the other one kept cutting in and out. Why can't i return them and get a refund?

These will fit either ear. My 88-year-old mom only has one good ear. Having two that will fix is awesome. Good Quality and she will use them.

    • Adjustments.
When it is working, sound and hearing excellent. However, it gets out of adjustments after charging. Have to adjust after every use. All in all a good product especially the great price.
