During back to school she tried them on in her actual size 9 but they not only looked enormous, they were clunking up and down. No one had an 8 for her to try, unfortunately and we were nervous it’d be too small. We finally bit the bullet and ordered them in an 8. They fit PERFECT and are her FAVORITE shoes now. I highly recommend ordering a size down, they run BIG and the 8 hug her feet just right. I normally wear an 8 and can wear hers, but could probably wear a 7 as well if that helps at all. I'm always nervous of buying certain name brand items online but my girls needed some UGGs and Amazon was the easiest to purchase from (TGF Affirm!). These are cute, true to size, and very warm, you can tell they came straight from the UGG factory. I've owned these shoes before and loved them. Unfortunately, the sole came apart from the shoe (split in half) and it was past warranty so UGGs wouldn't repair or replace. I know I had them for awhile so maybe the sole 'dried up'? Don't really know as never happened before and it was only on one shoe but almost caused me to trip and fall, yikes! OK, moving on... I tried other house slippers but recently broke down and ordered these from Amazon - so glad they carry UGGs! These are just what I needed and wanted! I purchased Black 9W and the fit is great! These dark grey Ugg slippers are so cute, cozy and comfy! I did have to return the first pair because they were snug - even without socks (I ordered a 7 and found that I needed an 8). Cannot wait to wear them all Autumn & Winter!

These are very comfortable and very warm. Had my feet warmed up in 5 minutes. However, I usually wear a size 9 in women’s and ordered a 10 because I tried on a 9 and they were too tight so I assumed they ran small, but now these are too big.

This is actually my first pair of UGGs. I love the color & softness. They are a tad snug. I generally wear a 7 M & the description & reviews seemed to me to state that they fit to size. For me I could have used a 7.5 M.
