The color of these extensions is perfect for my hair. Neutral and great blend. The extensions were extremely soft and silky out of the package and two packs were the perfect amount for what I desired. I have used extensions for years, so I am fully aware of using quality products and little to no heat styling to preserve the texture. These have now been washed several times and although still soft, they have become slightly brittle on the ends and much more fall out after a week of them being installed. The installation was easy to do on my own and the blend is perfect. I did find that one pack seems to have an issue with fallout though. The 16 inches have stayed put while the 18s I have lost quite a few within the first day. Easy enough to reinstall but not sure if it is a bead issue or lack of silicone or something on the interior leading to frequent falling out of the pieces. All in all a good experience other than those few downfalls, and will considering purchasing more when the time comes to reinstall Edit: the company did reach out to me and apologize for the bonding issue with the one pack. My other pack stayed in for 6 weeks with zero fall out and they took my questions and concerns to heart and are working on fixing the concern. All in all, the customer service was kind and went above and beyond , and the quality of hair itself was great. I have since purchased tape ins from them as well with no problems. I will be purchasing more micro beads soon as my hair color has changed and update as I go through the process 😊 ... show more

**UPDATE: after two weeks of these extensions and washing several times, they become coarse and easily matted. We installed 18 and 16 inch extensions and I’ve probably had to cut half the length. I’ve never had this issue out of the brown extensions and red extensions I’ve ordered so I think it’s the blonde that ruins the quality. However, I will still purchase this brand again, just not with heavy blonde in the extensions. I just placed an order for the #2/6/2 in 16 and 18 inch to replace the ones in this review. I will make another review once I’ve wore those. ORIGINAL: I love this brand of hair extensions. I have used several different colors but this time chose some with more blonde and they blend so well. I usually get around 3 months wear out of each installation and use 1.5 packs ... show more

The media could not be loaded. SELLER BUYS STARS!!! BUYER BEWARE! Below you will find my original review including a photo and video. I returned these extensions and left a review. After the review (see below) the seller offered to send a complimentary set of extensions since I was dissatisified with the quality. They could not accomodate the length, color and type of extensions I use so I told them no thank you but that I appreciated the offer. They then started asking me to ADD STARS IN EXCHANGE FOR $40. Sort of a "change your review first then we will send you the money"; if I was in it for the money I doubt they would have even paid after I added the stars. This behavior does not sit well with me as that is very dishonest to the buyers like me that rely on honest reviews. They emailed me multiple times with this request. THEY ARE NOW TEXTING ME TRYING TO BUY STARS TO INCREASE THEIR RATING! IF A SELLER HAS TO BUY STARS THEY ARE CLEARLY SELLING A CRAP PRODUCT.... ***Note to the seller: STOP CONTACTING ME! ------ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW------ I use other brands of looped microbead extensions regularly and I have never had a set shed as much as these right out of the box. I use very gentle care when unpackaging my extensions and immediately inspect each extension and then put the loop on a pant hanger. (Great way to store and work with your extensions and keep them tangle free.) The tips of these were pretty sloppy and after hanging them all up as I GENTLY ran my fingers through the extensions I kept getting hairs. After a few passes the amount of hair I was getting was less but always had hairs shed, every single pass. I cannot imagine actually brushing these after installing them so I am returning them asap. *UPDATE* Amazon was responsible for filling this order and it was Amazon who actually sent me used returned hair. They refunded my money and The company contacted me and sent me a replacement and I must say I was extremely happy with this hair it was soft, and the color was beautiful I have it installed currently. *Original* ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! EXTENSIONS WERE THROWN IN A BAG AND SHIPPED NOT PACKAGED IN CORRECT PACKAGE. TANGLED AND MISSING LOOPS AND THE COLOR ISNT EVEN RIGHT. THE HAIR IS HARSH AND FEELS LIKE STRAW. THIS IS A JOKE.
