This Good Scout Tumbler Ball is one SOLID toy and my dog absolutely is obsessed with it. There's a hole through the center you can fill if so desired. I put a little peanut butter in there when I first gave it to her, but haven't needed to do anything to entice her to play with it since. As other reviewers have pointed out, the tumbler ball has some heft to it and so is more of a toy to chase than to catch. It's fun to roll because of how it bounces irregularly. I also purchased the Good Scout Cage Ball, which she loves second to the Tumbler Ball. The Cage Ball is not as hefty and you can get a good grip on it to play tug. Plus she just loves to sit and chew on both of these, which is one of the main reasons I purchased them. Not a single tooth mark on either one yet! Good Scout Chew Stick Dog Fetch Toy, Indoor and Outdoor Rubber Dog Toy Minus one star because this is not a chew toy. This is a fetch toy, if you leave it on the floor as a chew toy your medium or large dog will chew on it then swallow the pieces because that's what my dog did with it. Its was destroyed in one afternoon. Don't leave this toy with your dog if he or she likes to chew up their toys. I want to give this toy 10 stars because my dog will kill for this toy. I never seen him act this way for a toy, ever. I'm not kidding, my dog did new tricks just for this toy. Too bad the toy was gone in one day because this was by far his favorite toy of all time. My dog is 5 and I have bought him more than 100 toys but this good scout chew stick was something very special for him. He has never treated a toy like this one. He walked around for like 20 min all proud of this toy and he would let us near it. He wouldn’t let me touch the toy at all if I tried he would run all over the place, over the table, over the couch, etc just to get away from me because he knew I wanted to take it away. I was trying to save his now new favorite toy from himself and sadly I didn’t get the chance to save it. He chewed it up and swallowed the pieces . Highly recommend for your dog, my dog would do anything for a second one. He was so excited and in love with this toy I have never seen him act that way before the good scout chew stick. I have to try another style of their toys and see if he likes it just as much and this time we know to trap him in our small bathroom to get it away from him. I want to save it as a fetch toy or a toy to give him when company comes over. I really wish my dog liked this toy more, she often switches between fetch and tug and this would be perfect for both. I can tell it is a very tough and durable toy and will last a long time. My dog hasn't put a single mark or dent on it, after several play sessions. However... I think just by virtue of its size and the size of her muzzle, she doesn't really enjoy holding or carrying it. She's an Australian Cattle Dog mix, but has more of a Husky/Malamute face, and for whatever reason she just doesn't seem comfortable with it. I will keep trying and see if she finds a technique that works better for her, but for now it's not one she reaches for or asks for. ... show more

This toy is solid and super durable! They’re easy hole in it to give peanut butter, cheese, canned food, etc. my dogs enjoy it for playing and because of the uneven surface. This has been a huge hit with our grandpuppy for outside play! The rubber bounces nicely and the ball is big enough to give an 80+lb pup room to grab it and play without us worrying she'll swallow it by accident. Even if she got herself stuck the rubber has enough give to get her back out again.
