The instructions were not super clear, but I was able to figure it out with help from my husband. the swing seems super sturdy and held my daughter and I without any problem. Instructions were not clear and hard to figure out how to assemble. Called customer service for help but did not return my call. Resorted to several great videos on You Tube. In general I love the swing, however, I immediately knew the woven ropes (not the tree straps) were low quality. They will fray in no time. Luckily I was able to use the ropes from my previous swing which have a much tighter weave. I'm not recommending anyone do this for safety reasons, but it was the best option for me. The saucer itself is great quality and should hold up with proper daily indoor use. It's large enough for the whole family. ... show more
