I love my new earbuds, they sound incredible, and the battery last much longer than my last ones did and they stay in my ears much better with a comfort that many times I forget I have them in my ear. If you have both in, you will notice only because it hard to hear anything outside of your ears, but some times I will wear just one and when I pause it I have forgotten a few times that I had it in my ear. Years ago I bought some Sony earbuds almost twice the price they both sound amazing but the Sony brands battery didn't last as long, and I had a problem keeping them in my ear. That's the reason I bought these, because I lost one of th Sony buds while mowing the grass. These stay in my ear much better and are very hard to make them fall out, The Sony brand would hurt my ears after a while of use. In contrast this are very comfortable. I didn't want to write this, but I want to be helpful to others. These headphones were the best I've owned in quality, connectivity, design, and sound while they worked. Unfortunately, they started having charging issues after about 8 months. I contacted customer service and they agreed to replace them under the warranty as long as I would destroy my current set (which worked, but not perfectly) and prove to them the destruction. I did and they shipped me a set, but it was an older model that is currently being sold as Renewed on Amazon. The name is exactly the same (which is annoying), but the specs are clearly inferior, the design is different, and the date on the box is two years older (2021 vs 2023). I contacted customer service and they apologized, saying that it was a "logistics department mistake." I sent the replacement set back (at their expense) and waited for replacement set #2 (now two weeks after I destroyed my original purchase). Today, I received replacement set #2 and it's the same 2021 model with inferior specs, not the model I purchased in late 2023. I can no longer give them the benefit that this was a mistake. Instead, it appears to be a decision to clean out the warehouse rather than honor the product's warranty. If I ever receive a true replacement for the product I purchased, I will return and attempt to update this review, but I've lost patience and hope others do not face the same frustration. UPDATE: On the third attempt, I was sent a true replacement of the ordered product and told that I could keep the prior version that I had been sent by mistake. Based on this, I've increased the rating from a 2 to a 4. The hassle of replacement and the fact that it had to be replaced within a year keeps it from 5 stars, but the quality when it works and the ultimate backing of their customer service are positives. ... show more

Sound quality is good. Bass is there but not super low or powerful fir the bass fanatics. Great battery life per ear but alomg with enough charges on the case to last me a few weeks at a time before having to charge the case. I use them 10+ hours a day 5 days a week and a good 4 hours a day on the week ends. Took aboit 2 weeks to drain the case to 50%. I charged my phone off of it from there and only got anout 20% of mybsamsung S22 charged. So it will keep your headphones running for a long time but only in an emergency will it give you much juice for your phone. Going camping soon and i will still take my other power brick for my cell phone charging. The fit is similar to the previous version that i had of the x3 pro. They came in a more square smaller case. Those fit a little better but these still work well and you can adjust hiw they sit in your ear enough so there isnt any ear fatigue. The still stay put very well thru intense activity amd sports activities. ... show more

I purchased a pair of their over the ear headphones, TREBLAB Z2 in early February of this year…(2022) To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Value to Sound ratio was incredible. I was so intrigued, I went to the TREBLAB page on AMAZON and ordered a pair of XR700 buds with ear hooks. Again, Value to Sound was still impressive….these were under 50 bucks and paired so easily and consistently with my iPhone….same as the even more impressive Z2 headphones that are now part of my evening routine. Both items exceeded all expectations. Based on the positive reviews from numerous sources….I was not alone in my incredibly satisfied experience with these headphones….both pairs! I wanted a wireless set with ear hooks and read the overwhelmingly great reviews on the X3 PRO model. I read about great sound, easy pairing, great bass, comfortable, easy to adjust the listening experience with various sized ear plugs and “bendable” ear hooks. The sound was supposedly full and deep and it isolates the outside world…. I watched multiple video reviews…again with all recommending this model for all of the reasons cited above. Based on my previous two purchases and the fact these were less than half the price of the PowerBeats Pros they compare closest too…”How can I go wrong…??!” What a waste of money for the most exaggerated and overhyped audio item I have ever purchased. The volume is a fraction of the same brands XR700s, and the music delivery is terrible! If this was my first TREBLAB purchase, it would have been my last. I tried changing the tips, smaller, larger and the mediums that it came with, no difference? If I pushed the buds painfully into my ears, I could almost make out the bass and instruments. These remind of an AM transistor radio in sound quality. They also seem to pair separately which is extremely annoying. One ear will be on immediately and the other will be off, you power that side and the other one will go off….sometimes. Just like everything else related to this pair, inconsistent. Sometimes it will pair up with my phone immediately, other times not at all. I did contact customer service and they did get back to me. They did send a postage to be printed and attached to a box and sent back to them. I only had 20 days to send them back with a restocking fee if they are not “defective”. This was my 3rd purchase and considering how disappointed I was as conveyed in my email, they may have been more pro-active. They twice told me they “have no record” of my order. I had to screen shot my transaction details and felt a little put off by this to be honest Upon finding my order,they should have sent me a new pair with pre paid packaging for the return of the original earbuds. Why should I have to wait for a refund or a replacement. They hype their customer service but emailing me postage and cautions regarding “RESTOCKING FEES” turned this deal sour…. I will continue to enjoy my previous TREBLAB purchases…but cannot or WILL NOT recommend these X3PRO headphones. I replaced these with a pair of POWERBEATS PROS that sound amazing. (About 80 percent louder than the X3 PROS with great clarity and bass and very comfortable!) I will eat the price of this purchase…and summarize with “most disappointing purchase I have ever made on AMAZON!!” Sorry TREBLAB, not impressed with your product OR Customer Service… ... show more
