Description

The new F-150 SVT Raptor is an off-road powerhouse that can go from the dealership to the desert as quickly as you can drive it off the lot. The Raptor's 3.5L twin-turbo V6 pumps out 450 horses to shred any terrain. Massive tires grip the earth as the Raptor's competition-bred Fox Racing shocks absorb off-road abuse. The Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is now available as a high- performance Ready-To-Race replica from Traxxas. Based on the award-winning Traxxas Slash, the Raptor's replica body features an injection molded grill, integrated front bumper, side mirrors and tailgate for scale realism. The Traxxas Raptor features waterproof electronics for all-weather off-road adventure, and rugged independent suspension with long-travel oil-filled shocks. The XL-5 ESC harnesses the power of the mighty Titan 12T motor with its integrated cooling fan. Traxxas' exclusive patented Training Mode cuts power in half and leaves the brakes at full strength for new drivers. High- strength materials assure your Raptor model is "Built Ford Tough" for exciting R/C performance. Raptor's chassis design provides huge center ground clearance to drive over deep ruts, rocks, and other obstacles that leave ordinary R/C trucks stuck. The officially-licensed BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain T/A tires provide versatile grip off-road and on asphalt. The fenders cover the tires so you bang against your driving buddies without getting tangled up. The TQ 2.4GHz radio system's ergonomic design is comfortable for all-day driving and its internal antenna is impervious to damage. The Raptor includes a 7-cell Power Cell NiMH battery pack and a 4-amp 12-volt DC fast charger to minimize down time. Peak-detection circuitry makes sure the battery receives a full charge every time.

    • Tough and lots of fun!
Lots of fun! I’ve had this truck for a couple of months now. Despite being jumped, rolled, and crashed countless times it still drives like its new. It has plenty of power, speed, and traction on concrete and gravel. It tends to slow down and just spin tires in thicker grass though. My dogs love to chase it every time I run it, it’s good exercise for them haha. The only thing I noticed is that the battery seems to not last quite as long after multiple uses and charges. Ive ran my battery at least 20 times now and I remember it lasting a little longer before. Regardless I am still pleased with the battery life. I get about 30 minutes of hard run time from a charge. A new battery is about 40-50 dollars still reasonable. I would definitely recommend this rc truck. Definitely worth the money imo ... show more

This truck did not disappoint me. For a brushed truck, it's actually rather impressive. It runs faster than the 30mph advertised. I only run 2s lipos(7600) right now. I'm excited to see what it will do with a brushless upgrade and a 3s lipo.

I have nothing bad to say about this product fast charges with 45 minutes. Built very solid and is a great design! I love mine great buy for the money! If you are a rc car or truck guy or girl , this is the company to buy from!! It’s a lot of fun!!

Not the fastest but great for a beginner, servo broke in the first hour of driving it but it got a rock stuck in it and the servo gears are plastic so it's expected

It's a great toy for my son. I got it for his 9th birthday he loves it. The battery it comes with does not last long - about 30 minutes if you pace yourself BUT if you gas it all the time it goes to about 20 minutes or less. YOU NEED THE RIGHT CHARGER i got lucky because we have a battery-powered (lithium ion) car jump starter with 12v outlet. This does the job but it is not ideal. So you want to shell $$ to get a proper charger and a spare battery (probably $150 -180 total). ... show more

    • Im a beginner and it’s perfect
Been using it every day for a week and runs perfect. This is my first rc and this is worth. Already done a bunch of bashing and nothing broken other than just scratches on the body from my many rollovers for taking a turn too fast or scraping walls. But i love this thing. It rips. Even let friends take a crack at it and its fun for everyone I ordered an EZ-Peak Plus 4 amp battery charger for it and it charges the stock battery in less than an hour so also worth it over the car charger it comes with. The stock battery last around 30 mins. Also made myself some custom racks for the bed out of a coat hangers and screwed them into the body. Looks awesome ... show more
