Putting this trampoline together was pretty self explanatory, I did it in a little over an hour with 2 crazy little kiddos helping. So very easy. This was pretty easy to put together, it did take a little time but generally easy for anybody to understand. The trampoline is well built seems very sturdy barely jolts while 2 teenage boys jump. They are all loving it. The screen enclosure seems to constantly come undone but maybe we put that together wrong? ... show more

Put the trampoline together today in about 2 hours without a helper. The quality of the trampoline is there, 108 springs, quality material and hardware, everything fit together great! However, this is 200lbs plus that came in two boxes, one box was 120lbs and the other was 80lbs. The only thing preventing scratches was plastic liners like Walmart bags, but if the trampoline was shipped in 50ish lb boxes, there’s a huge change that the shipping company can handle it better. The boxes weren’t damaged, and are sturdy, however with that much weight, you get cosmetic damages. Really hoping this thing doesn’t rust at the feet in a couple years. I’m 290lbs and the trampoline supported me very well while putting the net together, after Christmas, i am certain i will jump on it with my boys. Keep in mind, it’s 16’, the photos of it going together are in my driveway, where my wife and I both park for size reference. ... show more

This trampoline has some great bounce! We ended up assembling for Christmas in the dark and freezing cold so if we could do it under those circumstances, during the day in the warm should be a piece of cake! Also great customer service!

The product was advertised as having fiberglass poles on the sides, but it came with metal poles. After we inquired about this they said that the metal poles were better as the fiberglass poles did not hold up well. Though we were frustrated that we paid more for a feature that was not there, the company cooperated well to fix the problem. The media could not be loaded. Was looking for something sturdy and safe for my 2 teenage and toddler sisters. It came pretty fast, within about a week and a half. Packaging wasn’t damaged. Nothing was missing. It took my brother about 5 hours to build on his own. His only complaint was that the springs were a little difficult to pull. Just about everyone in our family has jumped in it, about 4-5 of us at a time, and it works great. We got the 10 ft with the basketball hoop. I recommend this product as an affordable, good quality trampoline. Everyone that’s been over so far has had fun in it and looks forward to long summer days/nights using it ... show more
