It's a little tricky as the glass sometimes isn't easy to separate from the frame. Sometimes you have to lightly chip away at the edges. But worked perfectly considering a custom radio shop wanted $800 to do what I did.

I did send back the first one. I may have left some of the protective film around the edges or it was bad. But the second on works perfectly. Very Happy! Saved a ton of money I am sure!

    • Great solution to a broken Uconnect 3 Digitizer.
Installed easily on a 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad. Just search YouTube on how to replace your screen and you’re good to go. Even came with the adhesive pre-installed on the glass for easy placement. If you’re looking for this digitizer to replace your OEM unit, this is the real deal.

Replaced the touchscreen on a 2019 Dodge Journey and it works great. I followed some youtube videos and the installation was not terribly difficult. I sprayed some electrical contact cleaner on the connections to help clean them. Much cheaper than what dealership wanted to do to change out the entire radio. ... show more

Bought this to replace a damaged screen on a 2018 Dodge Journey. First arrived crushed. Looked like delivery guys dropped a bowling ball on the package. Contacted seller and they sent out another. For whatever reason...that screen did not work. Contacted again...and they sent yet another. The process of replacing these is pretty simple. (see Youtube). I was in the process of upgrading my, radio from a 4.3s uconnect to a 8.4N uconnect, and bought all my parts preowned to keep cost down. Unfortunately my 8.4N screen had terrible lag and unresponsive touch. This item was perfect! Works great and it came with mounting adhesive attached to the screen, so it was ready to mount, no need to purchase 3m auto molding adhesive. Word to the wise, the adhesive is very strong that comes prepped with it, so you pretty much get one shot to mount it without messing with a heat gun! Thanks again! ... show more

    • Touch capabilities isn't accurate
Was easy to install, looks exactly the same as the original, but the downside is that I have to touch multiple times in order to push what I want. Or when i do push a certain button, it chooses a different button from the one that I did push.
