If you are on the fence about getting this lamp, JUST BUY IT! I had this in my cart off and on for over a week before I decided to purchase it. I thought I might dislike it in person and would probably be returning it. Nope!!! This is my absolute favorite Amazon find to date. Given how much I order, I'd say that's high recommendation in itself! The lamp is gorgeous! It comes with a light bulb. The touch lamp base is very reactive to touch. There are 3 brightness levels, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much light it is able to give off. The plug and 2 usb ports work well. There are 2 slight downsides to this lamp, but not enough for me to give it less than 5 stars. The 1st is the usb ports don't support fast charging on my Samsung Galaxy phone. So, I'd have to use my whole original charger to get the fast charging with this lamp. Not really a problem for me. The 2nd issue might just bother me. If you are standing at the foot of your bed looking at the head of it, my nightstand is to the right. If I position the lamp so that the cord is behind the nightstand, then the usb ports and plugs that I'd need access to are on the opposite side from me. Seems like it would work better if my nightstand was on the left of my bed instead. Again, not a big issue, especially if you aren't constantly plugging things in and out, but something you may want to know in advance. I'm usually picky on things like that, but I've completely fallen in love with this lamp and will overlook those 2 minor inconveniences ... show more

Up close, this lamp is larger and cheaper-looking than expected, and too bright for a bedroom nighttime light (unless you're using it as a reading light), even at its dimmest. It's basically a 3-way light switch that advances each time you touch, not truly dimmable. Even at its lowest, it's too garish to serve as a soft, mellow night light. And, to turn it off, you blind and wake yourself up because you must first touch through the medium and high brightness levels to get to off and the lamp is open at the top with a clear, reflective bulb inside. On the plus side, you can touch anywhere on the lamp, including a top edge, to change brightness. The bulb (which you simply screw in) is as pictured and apparently is an LED but the direction sheet that comes with the lamp refers to a different incandescent bulb which is confusing. Didn't get to test the ports or plugs since I returned it for something more mellow. ... show more

I have purchased this lamp twice. The first time, the lamp started to flicker right after I installed it. After checking for issues I found out that two of the four filaments in the light bulb were no lit. I sent it back to Amazon and ordered a replacement, hoping to be luckier with the next one. Unfortunately, the second one arrived with the light bulb completely crushed inside the box. There is an obvious need for better quality control before the product is offered to the customers. My daughter really like the lamp, so I may try purchasing a third time, with the hope that the third time's the charm. ... show more

I wanted to write this review because some of the reviews that I read had me a little worried. First, some said it was cheap looking unless it was on. It's not super fancy metal, but it does look nice. It looks just like you think it does in the pictures, even when off. It's firm and sits even, not flimsy. Has a weighted base and soft underneath, so not scratching my glass table. I'd also wondered about the crystals. They are not heavy like glass, but they don't look "plasticy" like I'd read somewhere. They are pretty, faceted, and are nice to the touch. The light levels are all different. The lowest is soft romantic lighting. The middle is middle, and the highest bright enough for me for reading. I just tested both USBs and the AC outlet and all are working properly while the lamp is off. It comes complete. Just put in the bulb. I'm not rating the energy efficiency because I just got it and I'm not familiar with these bulbs. This is exactly what I was hoping and give it 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. ... show more

This is a nice lamp. The images in the ad are accurate. The only issue I have is when you have the setting on the brightest setting, the light flickers, so we use it on the 2nd setting and it’s fine. It may just be too much wattage for the fixture, but it was the bulb that came with the lamp, so who knows. ... show more

I got these lamps for my daughter’s dorm room. She has a lofted bed with a small tray attachment that serves as a bedside table. This lamp fits perfectly on there and the touch feature makes it really easy for her to turn off and on both from reaching over, up on the bed, and from down on the floor, reaching up. The differing light options are great for lighting up the room well and for reading in bed. We have the 2nd one to her roommate and the matching lamps make the whole room look really cute and more cohesive. Totally recommend! ... show more
