Contacted seller due to some issues with the quality of our tower. Immediately received a response and was offered a replacement. Even with holidays around the corner, I received our replacement promptly. Put it together and can honestly say I'm glad we gave it another shot! Our son immediately took interest in it. We tested it as a tower on tile flooring in the kitchen, as a desk on the carpet, and even though they don't advertise it, it's basically a 4 in 1, because if you leave it as a tower and only pull up the back rest (for your child to sit), it resembles a study carrel - and gives access to the other side of the chalkboard and a bit of desk room. He loved the stars and planets (big reason why we chose this one although it didn't have any reviews). Before I discovered this tower, I was convinced we just needed a table for our son to be able to play and color, but this can be used for every aspect of learning. Update. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond my wishes. Granddaughter loves cooking with me. Cute but one of the pieces is all dented up. Not sure I’m settling for this. It may go back. Of course it’s the desk top.

I love how it's cute for our little boy but it does seem wobbly and also the clasps pop open a little to easily when my toddler slightly moves it in the up right position. I just don't want there to be any accidents. But as always supervise while in use!

This has many uses for us. It's used as a step stool. It's used a table to watch TV and have a snack. It has a chalk board on one side. It easily transitions from a desk to a step stool.
