I had been noticing for a few months that my eyes were really tired at the end of the day. I spend many hours a day on my iPad for various things, as well as reading on my Kindle. Then I started getting slight headaches as well. I remembered reading about these glasses on a blog that I read. Thought I would give them a try. GAME CHANGER!! Within 48 hours I noticed a huge difference. Headache gone, dry eyes gone, blurry vision gone. In order to rest my eyes I had even downloaded my 1st audible book, because I cant go to sleep at night without reading. I even started wearing these glasses when I am just out and about as well as in my house but not on my iPad because I feel that it cuts down on the glare. I have been sleeping so much better since I started wearing these glasses in the evening. I've been dealing with insomnia for a couple of weeks night, and wearing these glasses has helped me in a way that nothing else, including an expensive weighted blanket has. Although I am still also using a body scan meditation to help me fall asleep, since I started wearing these glasses during the evening, I am falling asleep faster and staying asleep better than I was. I've even slept through the night a few times since I started wearing these a week ago, which was not happening at all before I started wearing them. The only reason I didn't give these glasses 5 stars is because it feels like they could break easily. But that is probably to be expected for the price. So grateful I purchased these!
