For those who cannot sit still while binge-streaming, here's a nice piece of equipment to tone those twitchy muscles. You can also add your own exercise variations to those shown in the instructions. The trainer kit includes four pieces that can be dis/assembled in under a minute. The materials consist of chrome plated tubular steel with foam covering the grip areas. The spring coils are fully covered to prevent nasty pinching of skin or yanking of hair. Good design. I got the 30-110 lbs model, and it is suitable for moderate resistance training at the higher tension (adjustable by shortening the unit). Overall, a nice trainer for the price. ... show more
