I purchased this for a guest room(02.2024) and immediately regretted not buying another Novilla mattress. Notice in the images they don’t detail how thick the individual layers are. They show the individual “hybrid springs” as not being very tall tho. Well, if you are looking for a janky spring mattress, this is one. The springs on the 10 inch mattress purchased are approximately 10 inches. You can feel them. They make noises. I feel dumb. Since the thing unleashes from the shrink wrap like a wrestler off the top ropes the idea of returning it is a mystery. This is a very well made mattress. It's pretty heavy to maneuver by yourself though. I sleep well on it and don't burn up like others I have tried. It's rated as firm but is more a medium. I'd buy this for anyone in my family without hesitation.

I have a full size platform lift bed and this mattress is 3 inches too long for my bed and it doesn’t sit fully on the metal platform, it hangs over on the end. I was able to get it on the bed between the headboard and the lift handle by forcing it, but couldn’t lift the platform due to lack of space between the headboard and mattress. I did sit on it and laid on it and it was awful. The pillow top is very thin and I could feel every spring. It didn’t help with pressure points as it made the pain worse. The size matches my bed, the materials looks quality. Recently, I sleep well. This mattress not like my before’s , that is soft. This one more support, but not too hard, just right firmness for me.

The mattress is really comfortable. Once delivered, it went to the full 10 inches in a few hours. The quality is great, it feels soft and yet so firm at the same time, it’s not too firm but the softness is good enough. Slept really well on it!
