This lens costs virtually the same on all platforms, but since this seller is not authorized by tamron, you dont get the included 6 year warranty. so your choice: 6 year warranty or a VERY cheap kit? the filters and almost everything else in the kit is useless. If i had known that this would not have a warranty I wouldnt have bought it from this seller. sadly I did not read enough. the things they include in this kit probably add uo to 20-30 dollars in value, if we're being generous. The filters are genuinely trash. they absolutely destroy the image this amazing lens captures other than that, its a great lens... the kit as a whole is not worth it... not for an almost 2000 dollar lens EDIT: nothing other than the included case and the lens itself is worth it in this package. everything in this kit is garbage, especially the tripod. theres no way that useless piece of garbage will ever hold up this lens while its attached to a camera. ... show more
