If you have broad shoulders and long arms, definitely size up. It’s loose fitting around the waist but was super tight around the armpits and shoulders for me. I’m typically size S across the board, but will need an M, if not L in this shirt. Looks great with leggings. I'm 5'4, 123 lbs and a medium is perfect. A small might work as it's very stretchy, but I really don't like tight shirts. The wisking away moisture is really nice. I will wear these alot this summer while excersizing or hiking. They wash out nicely. Highly recommend! Update- I changed my rating from 5 to 3 because, I bought three of these, all in medium. Blue, Lavender and Orange. The Orange was more like a xtra large. Mislabled? I don't know, but they already run a bit large so this one felt huge.
