The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this light. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company and use several of their lights. You can't beat the cost per wattage and, in my experience, you don't sacrifice any quality. I use the pta6200 in a 5 foot space. The 620 watts easily sustains the 5 plants in that space. My buds are fat and stinky. These lights are super easy to use and I've found the seller very responsive to any issues. I did deduct a star on this model because the timer is missing an 18 hour option but I contacted the company and they are adding the option to the production moving forward. I've never bought a product that didnt work right out of the box. Quite often these things are time sensitive, and Amazon has ZERO urgency on the issue. I returned this product within an hour of receiving it, yet i have to wait up to 2 weeks to get the money back, so i can get a replacement. This is the exact problem with delivery versus a brick and mortar store. Amazon needs to improve, or else they will go the way of the do-do bird. ... show more

So frustrating. 1 won't turn on and the other had a connector that was installed improperly so the led bar won't fit. May update it there isn't a problem with the new ones. So much for quality control.

    • Still selling a model with a known issue. No ty
Been waitng on them to change the timer so it has 18 hrs time option. Which is the #1 setting everyone will use for the most part. Been waiting since they came out. Well to many options of great LED lights at this price. So I'll move on. Fix you model to match who your selling it to.
