I'm having issues with my 65-inch Sylovx TV, and the warranty is almost expired. I reached out to customer service via call and email, and they promptly responded. This TV is super heavy, I tried to install by myself and I promptly dropped it and broke it! I let Sylvox know it was my fault and asked if there was anything they could do. This TV is unbelievably frustrating. Only apps are the built-in ones and screencast is not available for iPhone. Remote “kinda” works if you have the exact right angle and I swear 85% of the buttons on the remote don’t even function. I bought this TV and then had to wait a while on contractors to be available to install. Spend the money if you only watch Netflix or Prime. No YoutubeTV even!! Brought it in for the winter, when we took it back outside it had a line through the screen. We contacted Sylvox and were completely satisfied with the customer service. Within a week they shipped us a new TV and took the old one back. We definitely recommend this tv. Thank you Leah for the great customer service.
