First off, fast shipping & it arrived quick. Second, out of the box the bed is designed well & easy to put together (I didn't even need to look at the instructions). The mattress is (according to my SF, comfortable). Once you fold it up a couple of times & learn the tricks, it takes like 3 minutes from standing upright to level for sleeping. This was a little more that some of the other beds but I think WELL WORTH the extra money because of the quality of the frame & mattress. I bought this bed for my husband to sleep on after his surgery because he can't go upstairs for 8 weeks. The bed has a nice memory foam mattress, is easy to fold up and move around. I wish it was a little higher off the ground, but other than that it's great. Worth every penny. My husband is 5ft 8 in and fits perfectly on it. The mattress is a nice thickness. You can't feel the bars underneath like you could on the old beds ... show more

This is my second bed I ordered the cot size previously and I really like it. So I wanted a second one and decided to get the twin. I am happy with both beds. I also use a 2" topper on the bed and it is soft yet firm.
