More fastener sizes than needed for any one car but probably can find the one you need in this selection. Fasteners are well made with no excess flashing or burrs and uniformly colored. Box is too small for the selection and so was shrink wrapped. Fix is to put some fasteners in the tool niche. Tool has some plastic flashing on the handle that can be trimmed off. Tool also has some aluminum flashing on the flat side that must be filed off or it will scratch vehicle panels. This fastener collection is perfect, in that the various size push pins and tree pins allow you to replace any fasteners on your car. Ford favors push pins and Torx 30 screws in my Focus ST. If you've ever broken or lost a fastener when removing a panel, you know what a complete inconvenience it is to run to the auto parts store, trying to locate a compatible fastener and being somewhat surprised at the price of a package of 2 or 3 pieces. If that is you, get this kit. This is a very nice assortment of common fasteners nicely organized in a convenient storage box. The fasteners are a very decent quality. You also get a removal tool which is the exact type I use most often when removing a fastener. This box likely contains the fastener you need (or at least one that will work) in a convenient storage box. It is a very good value, especially considering the inclusion of the tool. ... show more

I come across these plastic fasteners of all sizes when tinkering with my cars, wherever plastic panels, door seals, sound damping material are involved. It never fails, one or more of these things will break or become mangled in the process of removal, so that it needs to be replaced. So it was great to find this set and have them on hand to save me those annoying trips to the hardware for a little piece of plastic. I would prefer they all have a matt sheen to make them less obtrusive, but they are mixed. Some shiny, some matt. Some have a slightly domed profile, which I like. Some are more flat on top. Others have a chamfer and then a flat in the middle...I don't care for that look. But at least there's no flashing sticking out from the aesthetic portions from the mold process. They seem to be of the proper material...not brittle, not too rubbery, so as to make it difficult to push them in place without bending them over. Everything comes well-labeled in a decent storage case. As a bonus, this kit comes with the proper tool for working with these type of fasteners. A couple of the bins were overflowing so that the case didn't close fully. That was easily remedied by transferring a half dozen of each of those two sizes into parts bags and dropping them in the front tray with the tool. ... show more
