Having unpacked it recently, this is more of an initial impression review. This mattress arrived a day early, which was impressive considering the current circumstances with the outbreak of COVID-19. Immediately, I could tell this was likely a quality mattress due to its weight. The queen mattress weighs over 100lbs, so those smaller, less fit, or people going up stairs might want to acquire some assistance in handling the box. I had a short distance to move it on a single level, so I wrestled it into place in my living room where it would decompress. Upon opening the box, you'll find an envelope containing the warranty card with basic instructions, and a cheap little letter opener, which broke when I snagged the lower layer of plastic in the wrapping. I recommend a good quality pair of scissors for opening the bag. It comes in a box containing a vacuum plastic bag that is rolled up with another layer of plastic. First, cut and unroll the external layer, unrolling the vacuum bag in the process. Avoid puncturing the vacuum bag. Position the mattress where you want it, then cut through the end of the vacuum bag. It doesn't explode or anything, but it expands fairly rapidly. The paperwork that came with it says to give it 24 hrs to expand, but on the Amazon listing it says 72 hrs. Within several hours it had expanded to nearly 14.5 inches in total height. There is no discernable off gassing from the foam, so it smells rather neutral. The bamboo fabric is very soft and feels great. There are two handles on each side for easy manuevering. The foam nearest the top surface is very soft, but laying on it reveals that there is good support underneath. Some people complain about lack of support on the edges, and while they are not especially firm, they are good enough for me. They give enough to keep me on the edge without falling off, even if I do sink down a bit. Laying flat, near the edges reveals there's plenty of support, that is, you won't roll off the bed if you lay towards the edge. I also feel no tendency to roll to the center. I would rate the mattress in the medium firm category - it feels like a nice balance between softness and support. This mattress feels more comfortable than my last conventional queen size mattress purchased from Costco for a similar amount 15 years ago. It's a similar thickness, but the fabric is higher quality and it's softer, yet supportive. As it arrives, I think most people would find this a great option for a new or replacement mattress. The initial build quality is impressive and it appears to be a great value. The 120 night guarantee and the 10-year warranty go a long way towards easing my mind. Let's just hope I don't need to use it, and if so, the customer service is as good as the reviews suggest. If I have any issues as it ages, I'll be sure to update this review. ... show more

I have been putting off purchasing a mattress online. It just seemed wrong to purchase a mattress online without testing it out first. Prime day was coming up and I spent DAYS researching many, many, MANY mattresses. I settled on this one because of the reviews and the video review. It was finally prime day and I pulled the trigger on the mattress. I got it a few days ago and put it up. It's AMAZING. It's a medium firm bed but it sleeps more like a firm one. The bed came on time and the box was a little smooshed but there was no damage to the bed. I asked the delivery guy to set it inside my door cuz I was home alone and it was going to rain. Thank goodness he did cuz there was no way I could have lifted/pulled it inside! Way too heavy for me. There is a very thick plastic covering to remove first which is smart so you don’t accidentally cut the bed. As you can see, it is compressed beyond belief! Poor thing. After watching her inflate, I realized I had opened her upside down, pillow top on the floor, so when my partner got home, e flipped her over. It was difficult to wait the 24 hours but we did. We were replacing a 20+yr mattress so I’m guessing anything would be better than what we had! At first I thought it was going to be too firm but after lying on it a few minutes, it softens up to give you comfort while still be supportive. We’ve only had it about 4 nights but so far so good. As far as relieving back pain, not so much. But then again, I’ve had issues for years after I broke my back so, it may help other ppl. What I love is I can’t feel my partner moving! Or getting out of bed! Which is nice cuz he gets up at 3am for work. Sitting on the side is fine. I feel the support is good. Since I’m 5’2” & 115lbs, I asked my 6’2” 200lb partner and he says the same thing. The one weird thing are the lines that stay on/in the mattress (last pic). Overall for the price, a good buy! I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel these guys deserved one. I have had it now for a couple years. Overall feeling is this mattress is a home run for the price. If people complain about this mattress at this price point they don't have a. lot of experience with quality as it relates to cost. It is very firm. It took a few days to fully come to its full shape, and even then it didn't look quite like the pictures. Suiforlon was responsive in telling me to be patient. It did have some valleys in the top but at that stage I needed a bed and there it was, gigantic in my room and I did not want to deal with returning it, again, at this price point I wasn't expecting amazing. The mattress was firmer than I expected. To the point where I again reached out to the company and they actually refunded a portion of my money to get a feather bed mattress topper, which that in it of itself is unheard of in this day and age, hence 5 stars. I rocked the topper for quite awhile but then I experienced some lower back pain from an outside event and went back to just the mattress and it actually helped my back! At the end of the day, it's held its shape, I am 6 foot 200lbs and I do move around on the bed, its a king size one and I am single(but not alone in the bed all the time).
