I am a tour manager for a music artist and wanted a tactical style briefcase that would store a small laptop, headphones, random accessories and paperwork. I wanted something large enough but not too big and this bag is perfect. It has plenty of pockets, padded dividers and looks great. The quality seems quite good and really, I wouldn’t expect any more in that area. The only improvement that could be made in the shoulder strap. It is a bit thin and the pad is pretty much worthless. That said, If I really wanted to, I could easily obtain a heavier strap and simply clip it on but for me, this is a non issue. For conceal carry owners, a small holster is also included that velcros to the inside wall of the first outer compartment. Personally, I love this bag. Big but not too big. Really like this bag having the look and feel of a military grade bag. Lots of pockets with good fasteners / zippers. Functions perfectly for my use to keep American Legion banking / records to from meetings. The ONLY issue is I wish it was a little larger. The center compartment can hold a hard cover notebook and some files, and there are lots of other compartments on the sides and these have internal pockets. I cannot derate the review since I think they make a larger bag and I should have paid more attention. However, everything I carry fits in. Cannot speak to a laptop - do not carry one. Just notebooks, files, glasses, calculator and misc. items. IMHO can't go wrong with this bag. ... show more

This bag was bought for my wife. It has alot of space. She recently changed jobs and needed to carry a binder along with other paper and notebooks. This contained everything and kept it organized. This bag is awesome! Holds all my stuff minus a few larger things but that’s a user decision. Very spacious. My only complaint is the ID pouch. It’s not stitched all the way on the bottom. One of the pictures show how the thread lays across the stitching holes. But I’m not gonna use it so it doesn’t really affect me. Padding is more than adequate for my gear. I bought the 15 and then the 17 inch models. 15 was a bit small for me, as I like to carry a laptop, small parka, and some overnight kit for on-call medical. I put it all in the 17 version and added a molle water bottle on one end. The front pockets are good for phone glasses and keys, lanyard ID and quick grab. Strap is good for carry. Remarkably lightweight. Has a smalk velcro holster for a g43 or similar thing that goes bang. Zippers are solid. Works for this medic. The 17 is my new EDC plus. ... show more
