Originally it was great, its large enough to be comfortable to use and had great customizable options for the lighting. However, I have had 2 of these for less than a year and both of them no longer light up in any area but the top left corner of the pad.

I pruchased this product as a gift to my brother and upon receiving it the lights did not even light up around the edges, they shipped a defective mouse pad to me and on top of that only wanted to give a partial refund for the expensive product they charge for that doesn't even work... The Steelseries QCK Prism Cloth XL was really nice more the beginning, but the ligghting is getting flat around a year after which cannot do any replacement since the warranty is over unless you pay an extra warranty. NOT REALLY SUGGEST.
