Got this for my kid so I don’t have to listen to YouTube videos all day. Lol! Seriously, works well for the price but unfortunately the jack got bent after one drop. Need to replace cord or make a claim if you bought the warranty. Would buy again.

Very comfy, has an elastic band under the hard plastic that makes me wonder why I suffered for so long without this design. Also volume controls on ear, so no bulky, heavy control on the wire pulling on the headset ( a pet peeve) 5/5

If you're in a budget and needing a good headset, go buy this one. Arctis 5 ofc is better both for aesthetic purpose but performance-wise i didn't see any difference. And arctis 7 is the dream but too expensive for me, would rather buy cs skins.

We were waiting for this three weeks , we got it on Saturday which is January 4 and my Son was very excited Five minutes later he came back to me and he said Microphone is not working. Waiting such a long time for something that they send it to you broken.. Today I’m going to return it and I asked my money back will go to Best Buy and buy a new one ... show more
