The couch comes in 3 boxes, one about 2 feet long, the other two about 6 feet long. Boxes were pretty heavy, definitely need to people. Putting it together was easy, just pull the mostly assembled couch out of the box, screw the legs in, and slide the back and side rests into the rails that you have to put in. It was the easiest process to put together and I did it myself. It’s worth the price even though it’s firm. It is VERY FIRM!!!!! I originally gave it 5 stars but had to change it to 4 because it’s so FIRM! It is not the most comfortable set unfortunately, but the color is beautiful. I love that the ottoman has storage.
