In spite of being a waffle weave, this robe is fairly warm. Wish the zipper came up higher toward the neckline, but that is a personal preference. It is very soft and snuggly. I think it is shorter than it should be and I'm not a tall person. I'm 5'5 and it's a good 8" off the floor. Other than that it's very soft and comfortable. Lightweight but definitely keeps you warm.
