Definitely recommend. UPDATE we bought this watches three moths ago and still love this watch very much. we have one iPhone and one Android phone. The iPhone seemed has a little problem with " find my phone" function (only one beep). Recently, I have talked to customer service. She suggested me to use "Da fit" App instead of "Huawise fit" App. I switched to Da fit. it works perfectly for find my phone function and also for weather function. Right now I use DA fit App but keep Huawise App in my iPhone. So whenever I have problems that need talk to customer service, I will open Huawise App to talk without link to it, The Customer service is 24 hours on the HUawise App. They are very nice to help us. ... show more

Husband Review I purchased this smart watch after previously purchasing on from another brand the totally failed to do what it said it would do. I chose this particular watch based on reviews and the functions included with it. The watch arrived in great shape and early (if you can believe that). No damage to the packaging. The watched came with everything listed in the items included section of the description. I charged the watch for 30 minutes as instructed prior to set up. I down loaded the specified app while the watch was charging. Once the charging was complete, I began to set up the phone watch connection. It was refreshingly easy to do. The app pretty much tells you what you need to do with the phone settings for the watch to connect to it. As far as the bluetooth connection goes, I can't comment on it as I suck at bluetooth connections. I'm sure it's much simpler that I make it out to be. In the end I succeeded. Once the watch was connected I set up the notification and phone connections on the app. Pretty straight forward. The phone and sms notification settings are already ticked to the active position. The watch functions seem to work fine and are pretty close to accurate from what I can tell. The sleep cycle function is kind of fickle though. You have to make sure the watch is tight enough on the wrist to ensure you don't lose contact with the device. Too tight will cause the readings to become inaccurate or skewed so you have to try different tightness' to find that right spot. One thing to note, when receiving sms/call notifications as well as making and receiving calls, you will notice a rapid discharge of battery power. After the second charging, with no use, the battery dropped 10% in a couple of hours. The company's tech I chatted with says this is normal when receiving texts and calls. This maybe true however, I turned of the ability to make and receive calls and that seemed to fix the problem. On that subject, the call/receive function, when active, works really well. The speaker and microphone seem pretty good after a few phone calls. The only downfall is if you are playin games or streaming music/videos the sound comes through the watch speakers when the call/receive function is activated. Rather annoying. I understand why this happens so I just turn the phone call function off on the watch. (I'm really more interested in the sms and other notifications). One other thing to mention regarding the sleep cycle function, reading the instructions and communicating with customer service I found that the sleep cycle time setting programmed into the watch is from 10 pm to 8 am. Not sure exactly why or why they think this is standard. Kind of weird I think. Also, if you have any other apps that provide notifications, those notifications will show on the watch. The app is about as functional as one can expect. Set goals, input personal/profile data, take vitals and a few other things. The only real concern I have and it's not much of a concern. Like most customer services, there's just not much there. I had a couple of questions that I posed through the apps chat function. The support personnel take a while to respond even though the chat shows they are currently online. When they do respond, they seem completely disinterested. Not a big deal as far as I'm concerned but one would expect a little more positivity from the people you purchased the item through. Overall, I can say this is a very decent smart watch for the money. I gave a four star rating due to battery life and customer service interaction. ... show more

SETUP: AMBULATORY BUT DISABLED: I ordered this wanting a watch that could serve as a safety net in the event I fell in my home and my partner wasn't in the house (which is now becoming more common as covid wanes). This was affordable, and had the ability to take and make calls -via- Bluetooth, which was my prime motivator in my decision-making process. Build quality seemed decent. Minimal packaging, which is always good. Looked sleek. That's where the good ends. Bluetooth pairing was like climbing Everest in flip-flops. After ELEVEN attempts, it appeared it was paired. But literally turning away from my phone by 90 degrees made it lose lock. Re-pairing it sent me back to step one. Ridiculous in 2023. The watch had no real accuracy with pulse monitoring or Blood O2. Comparing its metering to my finger monitor showed a 7% discrepancy (99 to 92) even after cleaning my wrist with an alcohol swab to get better contact. I know it's not best practice to trust a watch to provide accurate biometric info, but 7 points is totally unacceptable. Did take and make a call on it, and while the person on the other end said I sounded surprisingly good, they sounded like a broken speaker under water. Further, the crazy number of useless "apps" it has on it, with each one's icon about as big as a lentil is preposterous. You need the fingertips of a newborn to get the one you're actually going for. All in all, this is a very GWYPF device. If you want a pretty watch that sorta works when it wants to attached to your wrist by a giant rubber band, this might be the watch for you... ... show more
