    • Great looking near-identical substitute for an old favorite design Dockers tri-fold wallet
(Mid Brown Wax & Oil Leather) An excellent, near-identical, well made and more affordable replacement for my old Dockers tri-fold wallet (except for the lack of curved/wavy-edge "tabs" on each of the credit card pockets to make card insertion just a bit easier). It arrived beautifully packaged in a draw-string gift bag and presentation box -- very nice and a surprise (I forgot they were shown on the product's ordering page)! My old wallet was way-overstuffed with too many cards and notes, but it was able to adapt to and stretch with each new additional card over a long time. Weeding out quite a few and cramming the remaining ones into the matching pockets on this new wallet still resulted in a 1.75-inch thick "brick" when folded up! (Yes, sitting down on it when in my hip pocket is a literal pain; hence the holes worn through my pants pockets where the wallet corners end up poking through over time). It's going to take some time for it to stretch to accomodate them (hopefully) so that it will easily flop closed like my ancient, now-retired Dockers wallet. For those of us with lots to carry it would be nice if the design could be changed a bit to add another 1/8-to-1/4 inch of material to the "outside hinge" between the center and left (or "top", with logo, when folded) sections to better allow for the longer curve (greater radius). However, if you are a normal person with a normal amount of cards, this wallet will work just fine and look beautiful as is. Highly recommended (though only time will tell how well the stitching and materials, which appear excellent today, actually hold up). ... show more

This was a gift for my very picky husband. He loves it. It takes about a month to get it to "smash down" a little bit so it isn't so thick. It is great quality. They only this he has trouble with is getting his ID out. But he only mentioned that once.

The description, although accurate, is deceiving. Please look at photo 3 and 5, the images show TWO cards on each side of the wallet, although three cards fit on each side: the misleading part is that ALTHOUGH 3 cards fit each side: the middle card is fully covered by the bottom card. So you can't tell what card is in the middle slot. Aesthetically, it appears as if there are only 4 cards when the slots are full. In the photos, only 4 slots are full BECAUSE you can't show it with all 6 slots filled because you'd see the center slots are hidden behind the bottom slots. Again, there are many wallets that show all the cards configured for easy access, this does not. I can't help but believe this is done on purpose, who wouldn't want you to see their product at its full potential. Showing only two cards as in photos 3 and 5 tells it all. And yes, it is a bit clumsy accessing both the bottom and middle cards because the are positioned as if stacked on top each other. All that said, it is a wonderful wallet. The leather and color scheme are top notch and very well stitched. It obvious is NOT a huge wallet but it holds a lot. I have not used a leather wallet in almost 30 years: I've always liked a hemp wallet, but finally retired my last hemp wallet after 15 years use. I'd say buy this, it is quite nice BUT it would be nice to know about the middle cards being fully covered by the bottom cards, if I had known that, I doubt I would have bought this one, but I just place "lesser used" cards in the center slots, so I don't have to try grabbing those too often. ... show more

This is a nice looking RFID wallet. It seems to be well made, can hold a bunch og cards and some cash and doesn't have one of those dumb air-pod hole in it. What does an air pod even do? I am hoping it is durable, but it is still too early in the game, since I have only had it a couple of weeks. Anyhow, we seem to be off to a good start with it. ... show more

    • Nice Wallet. Works as expected.
Having just purchased this wallet, I hope it lasts the test of time. For now, the product itself looks very nice. The material is good, and there are the six slots for credit/gift cards to use that work fine (the ones I have in now feel snug). I'm more particular about the ID slot when it comes to wallets. I like wallets that don't allow the possibility of the ID card sliding out of the open end of the wallet. This one doesn't allow the ID to slide in from the open end, but instead from the bottom when holding the wallet vertically, so there's no chance of ID just randomly sliding out of the wallet. Especially when folded, it would just hit the inside and stop. My old wallet was like this, which is why I kept using the thing (it just wasn't RFID rated, thus the switch). I noticed many other wallets seem to just show the ID inserted from the right (with it sticking out a bit in the slot, even), but while I'm okay with that for credit/gift cards, generally, I immediately ignore a wallet if it has the insert like that for the ID. I also took the plastic insert from my old wallet and put it in this one to see well how it worked when closed, and it's fine. If this wallet lasts as long as my old wallet has (which looks fine even now, just again, no RFID inserts in it), then I'll keep the five star rating. I (at first) debated just buying some individual RFID inserts for my old wallet, but after seeing the similarities and price this wallet has, I just decided to purchase it instead. ... show more
