  • Good bang for the buck, you can add ssd later!
Style: Ryzen 1200 | GTX 1050 TI
I bought this on Amazon a week ago and here is my review Pros, 1. Very fast, very quiet machine even with only 8gb of ram. 2. The video card is good enough to play almost anything at around medium settings and many maxed if not too graphically intense. Some say lowest settings but that is simply not true, and if you upgrade your ram, that will help. 3. Easy set up 4. come with mouse and keyboard, tho the mouse is a bit light to be a true gamer mouse so i put the skytech one on my laptop and if my main mouse breaks il have a nice backup. 5. Handle screws on the back, comes on and off in a breeze. 6. Well packaged and protected! Cons 1. No one touch re format, you have to create a backup disk or backup on your flashdrive which was mildly annoying. 2. 8mb of ram isnt enough for serious gaming. 3. The motherboard is only average, to serious game, youll need to upgrade that BEFORE adding a better vid card. 4. The mouse may look the part, but its too light to be a true gaming mouse, its merely just good enough till you get a good one. 5. No ssd, yeah i know they are cheap these days, but still, to not have it is a bit of a bummer BUT......... All in all, this is an excellent bargain for the price! You got a big enough case if you want to upgrade, but short term, all it needs as a lil more ram and you're good. This baby plays great right out of the box and the rig is super quiet and it appears to be a pretty full sized tower, (almost 2 feet tall!) so if you are on a budget, this is definitely the way to go. it may need a tweek here or there, but check these reviews and questions or the customer service rep, you can usually troublshoot any problem by yourself. Excellent product id highly recommend! ... show more

  • What an Amazing Budget Gaming Rig!
Style: Ryzen 1200 | GTX 1050 TI
I waited a full six months to write this review from my initial purchase. This is probably the happiest I've been buying a computer. I initially wanted something to replace my 2013 MacBook Pro Retina, which was purchased custom for extra processing speed and RAM needed for editing Film and Video. This computer outperforms my MacBook in every Program. AdobePremiere Pro/Photoshop/Aftereffects, Davinci Resolve, Autodesk Maya, and Protools. I feel like this could be because Macs throttle performance after they heat up, which happens so frequently that I've actually toasted bread during my Animation class while waiting for my 5 seconds of drawings to render. AND IT PLAYS THE NEWEST GAMES AT NEAR HIGHEST SPECS?!? Yeah I was surprised too, but 40 steam games tell the honest tale. This thing is a powerhouse. Borderlands 3, TEKKEN7, GTFO, DOOM, WOLFENSTEIN, SKYRIM + ALL THE MODS TO MAKE MY EYES BLEED and still chug at above 30FPS. With all that said. Let me tell you some things that are small pet peeves to most people. Not me, but I am awesome. 1. It's Big. Gaming PCs are Big. Solution= GET USED TO IT. 2. The LEDS are Bright. Solution= TURN THE LEDS AWAY FROM YOUR FACE-HOLE. 3. The Fans are Loud. This is a small problem if you are Streaming games. Solution= Change out the fan to a liquid cooler. My MacBook Pro Retina 2013 was louder than this PC and a 12th the size and couldn't play games. 4. It's big and white. Solution= Get sweet Dragonball Z Decals that make your 2001 child self jealous and your current Girlfriend question her love for a weeb. In conclusion, Buy this if you like gaming. The motherboard allows you to easily upgrade your system and it's nice to look at. Buy this if you are in the Film/TV/Animation field and don't need MAX specs for 8K footage out of RED or ARRI cams. It can handle 4K pretty well actually. But part of this can be that I quit using AVID Media Composer B/C it's a cancer of Nonlinear Editing Systems and needs to Die. Buy this if you are considering Dropping $3000-$4000(USD) on a MacBook Pro. Better yet. Buy this computer and save the rest of that money and use the rest to fund time travel research to keep me from buying a $4000USD Macbook Pro Retina from 2013. • Its perfect for its price.
Style: Ryzen 1200 | GTX 1050 TI
I thoroughly enjoy this computer. If your starting off gaming on a "relative" budget then this pc is perfect for you. Sure it might not have the most up-to-date parts that ultra expensive $1000+ gaming computers have but if your a gamer like myself that has suffered from 30-20 FPS being your average frames on your previous PC/laptop, are you really gonna complain when the Archangel gives you a solid and stable 60-100+++ FPS? No, you don't complain about it. When I play Minecraft with maxed out settings, most ultra realistic and graphic-intensive shaderspack, the Archangel doesn't melt/explode/turn into a jet engine. It handles the game with a solid 100+ frames. Older games with lower graphics are obviously gonna hold up very well in terms of FPS. I did see some small rendering issues and very small FPS drops when maxing out the visual settings on Black Ops 4 but I don't think those are a problem for me as I'll probably be running the medium settings of the games visuals anyways. The load times are minimal for downloading games and updates. Steam, Java, Adobe, and other programs took roughly 2-4 minutes to download. This PC is very very well built and can handle your games more than great for it's price. Another benefit is that it comes with a gaming Mouse that glows, a keyboard that glows, and the Archangel makes no noise what so ever. If your in an absolutely quiet room in the dead of night with absolutely no noise then sure you might hear just a every so slight humming from the fans, but its so quiet and obscure that if you complain about it, your literally just nitpicking. and looking for things to hate on. I would give this computer and it's company a 10/10 if I could but a 5/5 will have to do. I highly recommend this product. ... show more
