Gaming: 4/5 My son loves this computer. Aside from aesthetics with the light, it can run all the games that he wants to play. So far, he’s only been playing Fortnite and Minecraft on it (which he runs at med/high setting with no FPS drops). I was able to play League of Legends, Valorant, and Overwatch with no problems as well. It does come with built-in WiFi which is great for simple tasks, but it’s definitely on the slower end. I recommend to buy a separate WiFi adapter. However, everyone knows the Ethernet is the way to go. Other than that, the higher end games like FarCry and CoD:WZ will not run since it’s very demanding in the graphics department (may be able to run them at low settings but will not recommend). That’s the only reason for the 4/5 stars. Tech Support: 5/5 I have not had any interactions with tech support because the product never gave me a reason to. With that said, they do leave contact information for tech support in the box just in case. With great product, I can only assume the tech support team is also great. Value for money: 5/5 I’ve window shopped for a whole week and this was by far the best deal on Amazon during the moment (so is many of their other products they sell). Conclusion: SKYTECH as a whole is a great company to buy your gaming computers from. This is my 2nd computer purchase and will not be my last. When my other children get older, I hope I can continue with this brand indefinitely. 5/5 ... show more

This pc is an absolute beast at running games the 3080 is crazy good for it, but sadly for me the pc itself was wayyyy to loud the case fans run at full speed and unfortunately there is no way to control them even in the bios you can only change the fan speed for the gpu fans , tech support was somewhat helpful on the matter, other wise of you don’t mind a loud running fans, but amazing cooling and gameplay, then it’s definitely worth the money but sadly not for me ... show more

It arrived well protected in two box's and all cables well still connected when it arrived. I always check all connectors when a PC is shipped. One of the case screws was crooked but it straightened out when the assembled. The included RGB gaming keyboard and mouse are good looking but the keys feel really tall for my setup ... show more

I am in love with this PC. This is easily the fastest PC I've ever used and its all mine. Feels good man. Don't sleep on SkyTech. This is my second desktop from them after purchasing a Blaze II for my daughter. That PC convinced me to give them another try even though they are a relatively new name in the game. Everything about this build and the company has been very satisfying. The case is very well built and flawless, it was protected by the packaging well enough that I'm confident it would have been fine if it was dropped during delivery (it was not). When you get it, open up the entire case, there's a nice little accessories pouch full of extra cables, the power cable, and antennas on the side under the motherboard. I didn't know this at first and contacted their tech support about the power cable and antennas and they responded very quickly and politely. I was on the fence on spending so much for a 3080, but I'm glad I went for it. Thing is a freaking racehorse! I haven't found a game yet that doesn't auto-detect to all ultra settings and play without missing a beat. I may have went a little overkill with the R7 5800x, I'll probably never use its full potential, but I like knowing it's there just in case. It arrived fully plug and play, ready to go. They don't advertise it, but both times I have ordered from them they threw in a decent quality RGB keyboard and mouse for free. They're good enough that I'm not going to replace them. It's a nice little bonus and classy move on the part of the company. You can tell they really care about you having a great first impression and it works. This would be my second pc I bought from skytech. The first one was the archangel gtx 1650 and Amd ryzen 5 3600. I would say they are a great seller to buy pre built PCs if you’re too lazy to build your own. The only issue I had with the archangel was it would randomly shut down out of no where and the turn back on. Or it would be a blue screen of death saying windows has had a problem then it would shut down again. So far I haven’t had a problem out of the prism 2 but for the m.2 screw not unscrewing from the motherboard so I can put the nvme ssd in its slot. They answered my questions on quick responsive times. So 5 out of 5 stars misters and misses ... show more

Update: The price went down and Skytech was nice enough to refund me the difference. Going from 3 to 4 stars. I went with a ready-to-ship prebuilt directly from a manufacturer to avoid scalpers at all cost and not wait weeks to get a PC. This one checked all the boxes. However, the value just isn't that great due to the quality of components being used. There are prebuilts out there that provide more value for the asking price. If you can find them in stock. Pros: Good packaging Beautiful case with fan filters, low noise Works without issues Decent brand SSD 850W PSU instead of 750W Good cable management Mouse pad was a nice gift Cons: Not the best components other than SSD. Asrock motherboard. MSI Ventus Series GPU, which is the entry level for 3080. Geil ram, haven't heard it before. Not even RGB. Cheap WiFi card, does not have bluetooth. Qamdias brand case fans. Never heard of it before. Remote controller for case fans, not connected to MB so can't be synced with other LEDs through the utility program. One fan was rattling beyond a certain speed which fortunately fixed itself. M2 screw for additional SSD slot was not provided, I had to get creative to find one. ... show more
