    • Stops working well after a couple of months
I got this in January because it had a monthly offer on it for $265 a month for 5 months, and I really wanted a PC badly. It was working extremely well for the first 5 months but after that it stopped working as good as it did. A lot of problems were happening, and some games don't work, I have a lot of corrupt files from who knows where, and worst part, I can't open my settings to reset my PC. Can't reset my pc either in a different way I saw from a YouTube video. My settings DONT OPEN AT ALL. Better to get a custom build pc and buy all the parts and pay someone to build it for you then getting a prebuilt on AMAZON. ... show more

Its really nice currently downloading SWTOR waiting till its finished to play with this beautiful build my only problem was when I looked at the box it scared me the box was beat up bad all i was hoping nothing is broken 😞 but I opened it an it was all nice sept for this little chip on the corner you can’t barely tell the ups it’s beautiful an better then the picture i was hoping it would come with a big rgb cpu cooler an it did I usually play with my laptop 11th gen i7 3050ti its great n everything super smooth now this thing comes with a 12th gen i5 its better then last gen i7 an also came with a msi geforce 3060 50% better then a 3050ti so soon as i get to play with it i will update more on my review even tho so far i cant hear a thing super quiet Edit: its been a couple days an im happy with it, its exactly what i was looking for in performance quality an my gaming needs all i can say is i love my pc?     • Nice computer with some issues
The first time I ordered this computer, it was never delivered. No explanation as to why, just 'a delivery exception occurred' and it's apparently on its way to Amazon . The second one arrived promptly and fairly well packaged. The issues: It only had a 500GB SDD, even though the description says it is a 1TB. Amazon says they will give me $50 promotional credit for the 'inconvenience'. Better than nothing, and I didn't want the hassle of trying to return it and ordering a third time. The second issue, the front headphone jack does not work. The rear one is fine, so at least I have audio. I'll be reaching out to support about this as well. Otherwise, I quite like this computer. The case is much nicer than I expected. It looks and feels well constructed. It's quiet and seems to be well ventilated. It would be nice if the LEDs could be turned off, but they aren't overly bright, and I kind of like the green. ... show more

    • Perfect for gaming
I had been gaming on my MBP for about 3 years and hadn't had any issues, it ran AAA games like Cyberpunk, Assassin crreeds, Mass Effect games with no issues at 60 FPS but with games coming out with higher requirements I decided to make the plunge into a gaming rig. I looked at a few different ones but decided on this one. Let me tell you it was the right decision. I'm getting 120 FPS with no issues, fans are quiet, the air circulation is amazing. Computer started up and all drivers were up to date. Updated to Windows 11 and never had any issues at all with this computer. It's fast and its put together much better than I probably could have done myself. I'm also not sure how people call this thing a hot box. My GPU never goes above 50c after 5 hours of gaming and I overclocked it (+150/+1000). CPU stays in the 45-55 range while gaming. I'll open the glass side and stick my hand around looking for hot spots and its cool everywhere. What I received: MSI Ventus 3x 3060, 2 8bg XPG Gammix D10 3200, WD Blue SN570, big Deepcool rgb cooler, Asrock motherboard. Motherboard has 4 total ram slots and 2 extra slots for lots of expandability. I got a much better cooler than the one in the pictures. ... show more

    • Customer Service Sucks
Computer is great and works well! Quality control and customer service sucked. Was given incorrect and smaller drive and was not able to get new part without shipping the old initially or the entire PC. Noted I needed it for work and therefore couldn't take the time to send it back. Unfortunate they were unable to compromise on an error on their part. Make sure you have the full invoice to send when you chat with them. Other than this, wonderful PC...just beware you may get the wrong stuff so keep your old items since they won't work with you. ... show more

    • HORRIBLE NEVER BUY
I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and the graphics card was bad. So I contacted customer service and they ordered me another one to replace it. When I get the replacement I start to set it up and when it does the restart it never comes back on. I take it to need a nerd to look at it and they tell me that the motherboard is bad so I will never buy this ever again very very disappointed.
