    • Terrible product. Waste of time and money.
These are terrible lights, I paid someone to install them and now I have to pay someone to remove them. They are DIM, spaced far to far apart, the app to control them is terrible at best, connectivity to them is difficult, you have to basically be right next to the controller to connect to it, and the connection drops all the time. The sticky backs come off very, these are just terrible, they don't even look good from a distance. Don't waste your money on these, get a better set. I purchased 2 sets of these, one for me and one for my daughter's house, the second set never got opened, and I can't return them so I am stuck with garbage lights that cost way to much to be just thrown away. Love the lighting. Have all them up and running. Have had a constant stream of cars going down the street. Trying to convince my wife that we should add a few more strings. I guess time will tell if I get my way or Not. But they’re Beautiful.

Not the best permanent outdoor lights you can choose from, the price makes you think you want to try it but when you receive the actual product and find out that it only has one screw hole per light- which don’t work well at all, the sticky pad don’t even stick long enough for you to get the screw in to hold the light. You only can choose one solid color at a time and have no individual control of each light, which is a bummer cause that makes for a very basic option of the lights with no special features to these lights. The App is really poorly put together and works only when your close to the lights and the timer will delete every single time if you close the app on your phone and even if you don’t close the app on your phone, after 4 days it clears your timer you set up for the lights anyways- so the app is definitely a HUGE letdown and not really well put together at all. You know that app is poorly put together when the Remote can do more for you than the app ever will. At the end of the day you definitely get what you pay for and I’d have to 100% honest opinion say these are bottom of the barrel permanent outdoor lights on the market right now and it’s very disappointing that these lights can’t be more affordable and actually still put together properly along with a good app that gives many many options on each individual light!! UPDATE - Not Even Two Months After Spending All That Time Putting Them Up And I Have One Section Of My Lights Completely Out Already 🤬 ... show more

    • Frustrating and cheap
I purchased a competitor brand and love them. My family member wanted these due to cost. These suck. These work on RF and so for the app or the remotes to work you have to be standing within 10-15 feet of them. If your power is on a roof, this is a HUGE problem. If you want the 18 million colors or whatever, you have to be a master at using a color wheel. Last mine have timers, options or preset event choices , and you don't have to mess with colors if you don't want to. And they arecwifi so there are no issues being near or far. One last thing is you cannot hook up multiple strands of these end to end. So you have to find power for each strand. When you buy the 400 ft, they come in 2 200ft strands making it stupid cause they don't plug into each other, the competitor plugs into each other end to end. These lights are a nightmare. If you wanna go cheap, you get what you pay for. ... show more

Waste of money and time. It took me 4 hours to install. I turned it on 4-5 times after installing these lights. Some color variations weren't working correctly a day later. Some colors, like the green, blue, and red, worked. I installed it under my roof away from direct sun and rain. Unfortunately, soon after the rainy days arrived, the light stopped working.
