I wore there shoes while snorkeling. At one point, I dove into a cave and it was quite rocky. I was glad to be wearing these shows which protected my feet from the sharp rocks. I found the shoes comfortable. They didn't take up much room in my luggage as well. I used them for about 1 week for a kayaking/camping trip. And a few kayaking down a river. They feel fine. Good foot protection walking in water and good traction. They seem better made than the ones I had previously from Academy Sports.

I bought these shoes for walking on a North Carolina beach in November. I love them. They fit perfectly and look good enough to wear to town. Sand will get into them but I don't know what shoe wouldn't. Fast drying. I normally wear a size 8 or 8 & 1/2. I ordered 8.
