The watch's display stopped working after 5 months. Battery is charged and even the Bluetooth still works. You can't see anything on the screen. No visible damage or exposed to water. Just stopped working. ☹️

Product has a great look and is of a desirable size, however its a disappointing purchase. The general concept is good and it has a few cool features. I got this for a friend and the watch started to malfunction within a week after he had received it. To begin the watch kept resetting to default setting and then there came lines and the screen stopped responding. I had to return in the end...awaiting a refund from the seller. ... show more

Everything was fine, I'm glad the product met expectations, I had a problem, but they gave me excellent customer service and fixed it for free. I think it's worth it. Under normal use, the battery life can reach more than 2 weeks, and the appearance is beautiful.

The watch worked fine until a couple weeks ago when it developed a lot of horizontal lines close to the top. Since then more and more lines are on the screen. Seems that each day there are more. I'd rate it a 5 stars if it hadn't developed this problem. As a note I haven't contacted the seller directly as I can find no way to do it, thus this review.
