For the price, this pad is great! I haven’t gotten to use it with baby yet, but so far I am mostly pleased with how simplistic and easy it is. It did not fully come to shape even after leaving it for weeks. The ends are still pretty smushed, but it really doesn’t effect the functionality. The cover I got for it fits perfectly, and the safety strap seems sturdy as well as the hardware to attach it to the table. ... show more

Wasn't expecting it to come in such a small box 😅 definitely did surprise me. But my kids enjoyed seeing it inflate itself back up when we took it out of the packaging. It did seem a bit thin on the ends though, where the side flap things go up... idk.. I thought they would be a bit thicker. But it will do the job and definitely worth the money. ... show more

I almost did not purchase because of some of the reviews. This changing mattress came vacuum sealed in plastic. Once you open the plastic the mattress begins to form the sides are high enough to help from baby rolling. There are safety buckles to keep baby in place.     • No bumper around the head - ouch!
The raised edges on the sides are nice but it needs the raised edges on the "top" and "bottom" (where the head/feet go). For a new baby it's not such a big deal, but when they get mobile and slide up or down the pad my 18 month old keeps pushing herself into the rail on the changing table - which hurts! Our previous pad had raised edges all the way around and I didn't realize how much of a difference that makes. ... show more

We originally didn't buy a changing pad for our nursery but as he's gotten older and more mobile it's more difficult to change him on the floor. I love our new Serta changing pad.
