My son really liked it. It's simple enough for a 6yo to operate but still has the important functions. The photos are nice, the photoarea is smaller than what we are used to now, but for a kid, it's ok. It is very light, easy to hold. What i don't like, is if i mute the sound of the menu, it mutes the videos as well, so we will just have to get used to the little beeps. It was funny that my son is so used to touch-screens, that he needed some time to learn how to navigate with buttons :D ... show more

I wanted a hobby for our son to get into- and this was a very affordable digital camera for kids. It allows them to turn the camera around and add stickers and borders as well, which is great for keeping them entertained and feeling creative. I wish there weren't video games built in- since that's what we're trying to distance him from with a new hobby, and that's become a distraction for him. For a kid's first camera, not too bad. The photo quality is not the best for 2023, would be hard to find a phone nowadays that didn't take a better photo, but it's easy to use and has gotten him feeling like a little photographer. ... show more

All I had to do outside of buying this camera was buy a USB for transferring photos to my phone… Everything about this camera is so fun. At first it was great I loved it my son loved it but we put it away after one use and when we opened it back up to use again it would not turn on we tried charging it, and it will won’t turn in we press the power button and there is a flash but it stays off my son was so disappointed a waste of $40😭 ... show more

I was worried when I first turned it on that it was going to be far too complex for my 3 y.o. nephew, but he learned pretty quick how to navigate the menus and to snap photos. The 32 gb memory card held its own on the two hour photoshoot he put on. Each time it clicked, he would giggle.
