Description

The evolution of full-face masks for snorkeling. Natural breathing through your mouth and nose, with the lowest breathing effort in its category. Completely separate circuits for fresh air (IN) and exhaled air (OUT). Exhaled air is expelled through a SEAC patented exhaust circuit. Anti-fogging system by the continuous flow of incoming air. One-way valves with a larger cross section for effortless exhalation and effective expulsion of residual CO2. The smaller internal volume offers an even broader field of vision and an optimization of residual CO2. A large anatomical hypoallergenic liquid silicone skirt with a shape designed to adapt to every kind of facial contour ensures the very best seal, safety, and comfort. The snorkel features a Dry Top to prevent water from entering the tube.

  • The BEST full face snorkel mask! Great for lap swimming if you have neck issues!
Color: black/orange Size: S-M
I have severe DDD and have trouble turning my neck to breathe while swimming, so I’ve been using a full face snorkel mask in the lap pool for a few years now. I also have severe asthma, so it was especially important to find a mask that has been extensively safety tested— and this one is the safest you’ll find! My previous mask (a no name/knockoff brand) was apparently leaking some CO2 from my exhalations, so I wasn’t able to swim as far before needing to remove it. I’d occasionally feel dizzy or even nauseous as a result. But I don’t have any of those problems with the Seac mask! With the design of this mask, the CO2 from your exhalation exits the mask thru little holes near your forehead area— unlike some full face masks and traditional snorkel masks, where your exhalation and inhalation is thru the same snorkel tube (Since the snorkel would still contain some CO2 from your last breath every time you take a new breath, you wouldn’t be getting the same amount of fresh oxygenated air with other designs). The only drawback— and it’s a completely minor issue— is that you will hear and sometimes see little bubbles in the water as you exhale. But I’d much rather breathe better, and hearing and seeing some light bubbles as I swim is a non issue! Just make sure to MEASURE your face and test the fit before swimming. This is so important because if the interior chamber of the mask doesn’t line up correctly with the bridge of your nose, or if the mask is too large, it just won’t work. You’ll either be breathing in CO2 if it’s too small, or if it’s too large, you’ll get a face full of water… so take the time to measure. FWIW, I’m a 5’9” woman and the small/medium Seac mask fits me perfectly (even though my previous mask was a size L). Also before using one, practice taking your mask on and off as many times as you need to, until it becomes second nature/muscle memory. Just a safety tip, but this is very important with any type of mask you’ll be using in water. Breathing is very natural with this type of mask, and the fit and design of the Seac mask is superb! The dry top snorkel is easily removed (just press tabs on both sides of the tube, at the connection point and give it a wiggle). No fog, great visibility, no problems at all! Just perfect in every way! ... show more

  • Had to return
Color: aquamarine/orange Size: Large-X-Large
The mask comes in 2 parts, and are supposed to snap together. Well they wouldn’t snap shut, and I returned it

  • This is a great mask
Color: Transp/Pink, w/Bio Gel Antifog Size: S-M
I have tried several full face snorkel masks to use in for exercise swimming in an Endless Pool, and this one worked the best out of all of them. Rarely leaked around the seal, and when it did, it trickled right down without interference and drained right out. However, the exhale vents are at the top of the mask by the forehead, making it more difficult to exhale when my head was in the water. I exercise pretty hard when I swim and not leisurely snorkeling. In the end, I found it too much effort to breath during heavy exercise, and went back to the standard snorkel mask and tube because it allowed the most freedom of breathing under heavy exercise, which swimming in a swim spa is. ... show more

  • Works good if all the parts are there
Color: aquamarine/orange Size: S-M
I ordered one of these over a year ago for snorkeling on cruises. Tested it out in a lap pool first and it worked well there, fairly easy to breathe (better than a regular snorkel for sure), so it could be good for lap swimming. Works well for snorkeling, although you need to be fairly well shaved to get a good seal. I could dive down 5-10 feet or so before it got uncomfortable on my face, so free diving is limited, but it can be done. My wife tried it out and she liked it so I ordered a second one. However, the second one came without the o-ring seal or a flapper valve on the snorkel tube, so it couldn't be used. Unfortunately we didn't discover that until our next cruise several months later when we unboxed it and the return window had already closed. Emailed the company to try to get the missing parts, but no response after a couple of weeks. If they ever respond or ship the parts the star rating would be much better. ... show more

  • Best full face snorkel mask
Color: aquamarine/orange Size: Large-X-Large
I ordered a few of these for everyone in the family to use and they are amazing! We love the quick release buckles and the overall shape of the mask that makes for seeing more underwater than others of this type. The mask also doesn’t seem to fog up or have any problems beading water off of it. We all settled on the small size despite ordering some large as well. The size differences are very small and are more about the face piece width than anything else. If you feel you have a wider face then the large would be your best bet, but for us it was too wide to make a good enough seal. The only downfall of these is the snorkel tube takes some effort to snap in place so we just leave ours together whenever we can. The breathing is easy and care free and I never feel like I’m not getting enough air even when I’m exhausted from swimming. I got addicted to the full face snorkeling experience and these were a worthwhile investment we have used many many times and they never let us down. ... show more

  • Not great but can work OK.
Color: black/orange Size: Large-X-Large
Ok for beginner and casual snorkel. Takes some work to breath. If you just want to float around it works ok. If you swim, dive, or exert yourself at all then there is not nearly enough air flow. One other thing I found was if snorkeling with any waves, if inhaling when a wave causes the one way ball to close the snorkel, you have to breath out to get it to reset even if in mid inhalation, or you can’t get any air. Would not purchase again. Just a good ole mask and snorkel is a way better option. One last plus, if you have jaw problems and can’t bite down or hold a normal snorkel in your mouth then this mask could work for you. EDIT: Oh adding one item since saw other reviews. Ordered 3, one of the snorkels wouldn’t snap onto the mask. Was able to switch them around amongst the three and finally got them to work, but had to force it on super hard to where it felt like it was about to break. If we only had 1 mask would have been out of luck. ... show more

  • Assembly of snorkel is difficult to start
Color: black/orange Size: Large-X-Large
Used at several locations and product works advertised. Wife and I both enjoy the visibility and overall integrity of the masks. Much prefer this to traditional face mask and snorkel. Adjustment straps work well. Would recommend to friends.
