Phenomenal. That's probably the best word I can use to describe the product and how Amazon handled it. In Border's or any other book store, this set really is $[...]; which isn't saving any money buying as a set because the books are like $12 each. But you save roughly $30 from buying it off of Amazon which is just awesome. Even with the free shipping, I got it in like no time at all and it was completely unscathed. Kudos, Amazon. Now onto the product. The books themselves are all awesome. The art style takes a little getting used to, but once you learn to appreciate it, it'll probably become one of your favorite styles. It's got a little bit of everything for everyone: romance, action, comedy, drama, sci-fi and a lot of nostalgic video game references! I won't go into details about the books plotline in general, because I'm sure like 5 other people will do that; so I'll save you the reading time and talk more about it overall. The box art is done by Paul Robertson, a very popular sprite designer who works in the video game industry, which is a plus. He even designed the Scott Pilgrim video game for PS3/360. (Here's a link to some of his work on it if you're interested: [...] ) The poster that comes with the boxset is not one of those little 5 inch posters that come with some things. It's a regular nice sized poster, and it looks awesome. My tween daughter loves these. She is a huge fan of the movie and loves the extra details in the books. She loves the art style used as well. I'm just happy she is reading voluntarily.

Requested by my son. & he loves these books. Guess that is all that matters. I wanted Hardback but.. ouch.. they cost way too much. $140 per book. Paperback works and it has the case they fit in.

However when I opened the box today, I saw the box was damaged. The books are interact and okay however. Still a good read, poster is fine. Just.
