If you follow the installation instructions for the unit, this dryer won’t let you down, I live in the Pacific Northwest where our humidity is usually around 70 percent, on the low days. Before I installed the dryer, I could not do any prolonged air tool use without blowing water out the exhaust of the tool. Since installing the dryer, I get zero water in my water traps. Had it installed 2 months ago. Works flawlessly in the heavy humidity of south Florida. I have a 27cfm 80 gallon compressor, and this takes every bit of moisture out of the air. Decreases flow to tool, as I have 3/4" lines in the shop and this has 1/2" line connectors. I will take that decrease as a trade off for a sub $1750 air dryer with 3/4" connectors. ... show more

Product doesn't work. Very poor instructions and can't get a hold of anyone to see if they will fix or replace. I finally unplugged it because it was making so much noise that I thought it might be a danger or even burn my shop down. I am very unhappy with this product but I don't know what to do?
