This made my granddaughter's eyes so huge on Christmas day. It was first on her list, and she has spent many hours working with it. The animals, items, people, and the building is just like the real thing. it is very durable and was easy to put together. My only dislike is it would be nice if they could include a trunk or something to store the little items when not being played with. We haven't lost a single one yet, and plan to keep it that way. Anyone who has someone who loves horses should consider Schleich brand toys. They do not miss a single thing from carrots, a special key, a trap door, everything is there. The set is very versatile, and my daughter loves it. It was simple to put together, and the instructions are very easy to follow. The only problem I have is some of the pieces had issues. The purple ribbon that goes into one of the slots in the back wall is loose, and will not stay in either slot. The lower brackets on the curtains don’t stay in the walls. The base of the umbrella stand was sealed such that I couldn’t insert the stand; I had to cut out the plastic where the opening would have been.
