I own a Sunlighten solo sauna, which I love. This Sauna I ordered from Amazon. I want it to use when I travel for three months during the year. I was so disappointed. It states that it heats up to 176°. I left it on For an hour and the highest it got to was 105° according to my temperature gauge. The controller said it was at 176, but it was not. I am not new to these, but this is my first one with the slits for the arms and I LOVE it! First of all, this sauna seems to be VERY well made and great quality. It's nice and durable and can definitely withstand quite a bit of abuse. The sauna works flawlessly and I haven't experienced any issues with it. The arm slits make a world of a difference because I ca easily access my phone or the remote and I'm not confined to the sauna. I am highly impressed by the product for the price point. I would occasionally treat myself to go to an infrared sauna room at a spa but it’s like $45 per session and overall, one would get a more intense sweat out of those. However, this highly compact and easy to unroll and set up has been my go to sauna a couple times a week after a gym workout. It’s so relaxing, and feels more like a hot warm blanket. I use the emergency blanket wrap to get a more intense sweat, but not uncomfortable at all. I also use it when I’m on my monthly menstrual cycle as it helps with my cramps and water weight. I do see a difference on the scale after usage, about a .2-.4 water weight loss. And it’s also easy to clean. I take some wet wipes and clean afterwards. Then roll it back up and store it back in the closet. This was a surprisingly good investment and I’m so happy about it. ... show more

It was an interesting experience! The Good: It gets very warm. Feels like a cozy, toasty hug. It was easy to unfold and setup. No confusing instructions or weird parts. The Not So Good: The quality is okay, not great. The fabric feels a little flimsy, like it might not last long. The zipper is bad. It broke after just a few uses. Now the blanket doesn't fully zip up. Very frustrating! Overall: If you want quick warmth and don't mind low quality, this blanket could work for you. But if you want a sauna blanket that will last, spend money on one with better quality material and zipper. This one probably won't hold up long-term. ... show more

For what it is, it's pretty nice and relaxing in lieu of not having an in-home sauna. The unit will get you sweating within about thirty minutes on the highest setting and leaves plenty of room to move around for comfort. HOWEVER: I read some reviews before purchasing the product about zippers breaking and figured that for usage, I'd have to be extra gentle because I found the product to be at a reasonable price point . Unfortunately, about 10 minutes ago as of me writing this review, I used the product for the third time and operating the main zipper somehow caused a plastic gray piece from the right arm hole to shoot off. I'm not quite sure how it happened, considering I keep the arm holes open, but I noticed the same plastic piece on the left side is starting to come off as well. I'm not overly concerned as long as the product's operational capacity isn't compromised from one end of the zipper being missing. It is minorly inconvenient that it came loose without effort and my only theory about it coming off was from me reaching over to unzip and zip from the outside of the blanket instead of the inside. ... show more
