This thing is great. Sure, the battery doesn't last long, but I charge it daily at night, so it's fine. It would probably last close to two days if I didn't charge it. The apps it comes with work wonderfully and the customization is nice too. I played around with it for a bit, and now the order of the apps, and the settings are to my liking. It's a nice size. Not too large for my wrists, and I would say that I have smaller wrists. The wheel works well and the buttons as well. It came used, but very little scratches. I think I put more scratches on it in the month that I've been using it. At $80 I think it's a steal. I actually bought a custom band for it off of Etsy for about the same price. For what it does it worked great, I found the battery to last around 2-3 days. the display had a light scratch on it but its not notice able unless you stare and attempt to find it. I didn't have any major issues with it, other then at random it would enter into running timer mode. I didn't do it til recently. Setting it up with my phone was simple and didn't have any issues at all connecting to it. It does what it suppose to do and i have no regrets with it. ... show more

This is my third renewed Samsung smartwatch, first one from this vender. One would not hold a charge, one arrived totally dead, but showed a 100% charge. Have been using this one for a week now is working perfectly. I guess the third time is a charm.

I really love technology and devices. I purchased this refurbished Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Smart Watch because I am not afraid of refurbished devices as I purchase them quite a bit for less than the usual and customary price. I was very excited to get my watch but after having it a day or two I realized the battery life really sucks. The watch is bulky the way that like and it is also very sturdy. The bevel interface is a very nice feature making it very easy to access the apps. The apps are plentiful and you have S Health, step tracker, heart rate monitor, Samsung Pay, Bixby, you can text people back from the watch and of course answer your calls. You can do so much more. Again this is a great time piece. The only issue I have is the battery life. I reached out to Amazon to reach out to the seller on my behalf to see if the battery could be replaced. Even at this point the Seller have not contacted me back. So I know going forward I would not purchase from this seller again. The Samsung Gear S3 Frontier This is my update as of 4/13/2024, my Smart watch has completely died. It will not come on as it has been on the charger for 4-6 hrs. As time went on the watch would die half way through the day. Again the seller never reached out after my initial concern. I just wanted him to replace the battery.     • A Great Purchase!
I wanted to wait a little bit before leaving any review for my S3 Gear, as I'm sure we all know, buying anything refurbished can be a big gamble when it comes to functionality, but so far I'm more than thrilled by my purchase. The watch looks great, functions exactly as advertised, and is everything I was looking for in a smartwatch. My only complaint is that the battery drains quickly when the Always On Display feature is active, even on the lowest brightness, but it was expected based on other reviews I researched prior to buying this product, and when that feature is off the battery has been great for me, which is lucky because I work 12 hour shifts and wouldn't really have the opportunity to charge it mid-shift. I have yet to use the Samsung pay feature, with the effects of COVID still ever-present in my area, I haven't really had the opportunity to test it out, but I can definitely say it's enabled. The heart monitor and Bluetooth functionality have booth worked great, I have had no issues connecting to my phone whatsoever. The sleep tracking is accurate, and it also reminds you when you've been stationary for a while. Switching between apps is simple and intuitive, and responds well, even with the additional screen guard on it. The screen is crisp and clear, and it's easy to set your preferred watchface with the accompanying mobile app. The rubberized band is good for me because of how easy it is to clean off, but thats more of a personal preference. There are a myriad of options to choose from online in terms of style, fashion, and fit if you're not crazy about it as well. Anyways, if it's something you've been wanting, I say go for it.
