It was a used phone a price too good to be true and understanding now why it was too good to be true the power wouldn't stay on the phone you could program a telephone number or a contact if you wanted to so I sent it back but again buyer beware if the price looks too good there's something wrong with it and why Amazon would let that phone go broke into a customer it just cause a lot of grief I actually returned it the same day I got it so but anyways I'm off to something else but buyer beware on the prices of these cell phones if they're too cheap something's wrong with them ... show more

The seller delivered exactly what I ordered on the date that was promised. That was the first obstacle, watch who you order from! This is my second S7edge phone so I knew what to expect and this one is working perfectly so far. There was little to no visible damage to the phone and the screen itself responds to touch like it should.
