I'm really tall for my age and I can only use this at the 2 tallest settings, unless I'm practicing drills. The only downside is the bar is metal, as displayed in pictures. The bar itself is thinner than the bars at their actual gymnastics gym, but this is stable enough for them to practice at home. Very well constructed; my only issue is that it tends to move and jostle when the kids get moving on it, causing forward/backward motion.
