I absolutely love the WINDONE K2 electric bike! The design is sleek and attractive, and the long, cushioned seat is incredibly comfortable to sit on. It’s soft and makes riding a joy. The power is impressive too; it accelerates quickly and smoothly, making it perfect for city commutes or just cruising around. What really stood out to me, though, was their excellent customer service. A few days after I started riding, one of the pedals came off. I emailed WINDONE to explain the issue, and they immediately responded, explaining that I had laccidentally installed the pedals on the wrong sides. They were incredibly helpful and even sent me a new crank and a video tutorial on how to replace it. I followed their instructions and fixed it in no time—now my pedal is securely in place. This is hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced, especially for a product over $1000. Great service like this is so important, and WINDONE went above and beyond. The folding mechanism is bent inward and can’t straighten out and close. The back frame thing has deep scratches on it. And the tires are cheap stock and came with sticky residue all over them. I did attempt to ride it up and down the street (with its frame not properly connected) it’s just a poorly built bike. The brakes are very tight, and even when squeezing them down all the way the bike still goes for a few feet. It’s unsafe. ... show more
