Very easy to setup. I’d say around 45min. Definitely quicker if you have your own tools. The ones they provide work fine, but they are really thin and will definitely take much longer to complete if you only use what they provide. My kids love it! It seems a little too heavy. So be very careful where it’s placed. I put it on a slight angle on the grass, and it wanted to tip backward. For the price it’s a great product.
