None of the packaging was damaged. Most of the items included were fine, except for the cutting mat. The corner of the mat was bent, and part of it was torn and mangled. That was disappointing, especially after a delay in delivery. I haven’t used the cutters yet for my projects, but am looking forward to trying them out. ... show more

It has all the important tools for someone new to quilting: cutting mat, rotary cutters, and cutting guides/i.e. rulers. It even has a little bag full of "wonder" clips, which are like tiny clothes pins and have many uses. I was especially pleased with the quality of the rotary cutting mat.     • The rulers are great
The rulers are great- the cutting mat is too small for adult size quilt piecing & cutting. The rotatory cutter does not work well. It does does not cut very well. It does cut but it and seems to catch and snag the fabric. The set came with one blade replacement, been using it for about a week. If you do a much quilting you might want to invest in a better rotatory cutting tool. Actually the set did come with a second cutting too, but it does not have a finger protector so I haven't used it. I have made a lot of use of the rulers.
