I watched a lot of reviews for the Ultrahuman Ring Air before purchasing so knew up front it was best as a sleep tracker. But I wanted a sleep tracker so decided to purchase. Ring was delivered quickly but would not pair with any of my phones so I had to contact Ultrahuman support. After initial problems with very slow chat response, I was happy to find they had an actual support phone number to call (increasingly rare these days). The support technician was great to work with and after troubleshooting arranged for a replacement ring shipment. The next day an updated version of the Ultrahuman app showed up in the Apple App Store so I updated the app and the ring paired effortlessly. The real ring fits better than the sizing ring and is very comfortable. I play guitar so was worried that the ring would feel strange while playing but it is so light I don’t even notice it. My watch and iPhone are both natural titanium finish so the ring fits right in. The sleep tracking data has provided some great insights, better than the data I was getting from my Apple Watch. I also like the stress tracking feature. I knew the workout tracking module is beta and it shows. The ring consistently ends the workout tracking prematurely. But since I am happy with the workout tracking on my watch, the ring’s current issues are not a deal breaker. And the app usually eventually figures out I was on a workout, and offers to add it to the app. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and look forward to additional sleep and health insights as the app gathers more data over time. ... show more
