Once I figured out the straps I got on board but I almost returned them prior to that because if you can’t figure out the straps, they are not wearable. I did find that one shoe’s strap does not like to stay closed so I actually have to work with it to keep it latched. The return window has closed and I do love the shoes so I have continued to wear them with my “fix” on the strap. They are actually quite comfortable for heels.

I don’t write reviews often but these shoes earned it! They are super comfortable, beautiful, sexy and fit as expected. The straps are the best part. At first I was confused and had to look at the picture again but once I crossed them, they fit perfectly. They have a unique fastener system that just slips over the strap behind the buckle. I LOVE them. So much easier than trying to buckle a normal shoe. Highly recommend!

Cheaply made, back of straps broke after first wear. Very disappointed. Very cute heels though! Wouldn’t suggest buying this brand that. You get what you pay for…fit well though

First I will say that these shoes are perfectly cute and not terribly uncomfortable. They fit as expected. I docked 2 stars though because the straps are beyond annoying. They aren’t the typical closure you’d expect from looking at the picture. Instead that is just for show and they have a weird slide and secure type closure. It’s hard to explain but it’s very annoying, the straps can easily fall completely off of the shoe when they are not being worn, and if I had known about this feature I would have found a different shoe altogether. But, since I got it, I’ll begrudgingly deal with the annoyance until I eventually wear them out.

So I wore these to a fundraising event I was putting on, therefore I was on my feet from 3pm-10pm, these did not hurt my feet at all and I haven't worn heels in years. I was bummed they showed up being velvet, but I may have missed that in the description. Lots of complements and easy to walk in.

I was actually surprised at the comfort of these pumps. I just wish the heel was the same material as the shoe itself! But they're still very cute!
